TRANSIRON TF-133K CONC. is copolymer with excellent dispersing property for improving water quality in all kinds of fabrics’ pretreatment, optical brightening, dyeing such batch processes or continuous soaping after printing process.
TRANSIRON TF-510 is an organic acid-based liquid complexing water quality improver.
Suitable for water treatment, scouring and bleaching of cotton and its blended fabrics, desizing and desulfurization of viscose fiber fabrics, scouring of polyester fabrics and alkali reduction, dyeing of various fabrics, and washing after printing.
Polyester fiber fabric dyeing process: 0.5 - 2g/L
Hydrogen peroxide bleaching of cellulose fibers in the dyeing machine: 0.5 - 2.0 g/L
Washing the polyester after alkali reduction and cleaning the machine after dyeing: 2 - 4 g/L
Suitable for pretreatment of polyester in alkali reduction, desizing process under strong alkaline condition as well as for pretreatment of cotton and its blends. Excellent stability under strong alkaline condition. Has excellent compatibility power of ferric under strong alkaline condition. Can prevent the breakage of fabric during continuous pre-treatment process.
